Something about me

Let me introduce myself...

I’m Davide Airaghi, born in the distant year 1980 in Milan, and now living in the province of Pavia (northern Italy).

I’ve been fascinated by technology and computers since I was a child, starting with the legendary IBM PC XT and have been involved in software development since 2000.

Throughout my career (study, work, and hobby often intertwine), I’ve had the chance to experiment with a variety of operating systems - Windows, macOS, and Linux (my favorite) - and programming languages; I started with educational languages such as Turbo Pascal in high school, moved on to more exotic ones like Prolog during my university studies, and then moved to web oriented languages like PHP.

In these days my job gives me the opportunity to work as a solution designer, project manager and technical focal point in an international context... but in my private life i still develop web applications, create home automation solutions and act as system administrator for my projects and my family's needs.
